How much will delivery cost me?
If the value of your order is over €69.00 (excluding VAT) delivery is FREE.*
If the value of the order is less than €69.00 (excluding VAT) we will make a small delivery charge to you of €7.95 (excluding VAT)
We recommend adding essential stationery items to your order such as paper, pens etc. to bring the value up to €69.00. A very small number of items may require a special delivery charge.
* Due to increased delivery charges from our suppliers, we have had to increase the delivery charges for some large bulky items (Furniture, Drawer cabinets, Desk Top Packs, Lockers, Tambour units, boards etc). These items will now have an additional delivery charges. These charges will apply regardless of whether the order is over is over the €69 threshold. The charges will be outlined in your basket on the site prior to checkout.
When will I get the order?
Provided the item is in stock and that we receive your order before 4.00pm, we will send it by express next business day delivery. If however items are out of stock, you will be notified of the expected delivery times.
PLEASE NOTE: some furniture items may require 7-10 days of a lead time.
What time can I expect my delivery?
All deliveries in the Republic of Ireland are made between 8am & 6pm on Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please remember that all goods delivered must be signed for. We will try to accommodate specific working hours e.g. schools and colleges etc. however this may not always be possible. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
If my delivery docket says "Goods to Follow", do I have to pay for the second delivery?
No, if we have not completed the order we will send on the remaining goods at no charge as soon as they come in to stock.
What if I cancel part of my delivery?
If the total cost of the remaining items ordered is at or above €69.00 (excluding VAT), delivery will be free. If the total cost drops below €69.00 ex VAT, unfortunately we will have to charge the standard delivery fee.

What if I want to cancel an order?
We will take back goods from you within 7 days of receipt of the items. Please send us an e-mail at email@example.com or phone us on 0818-730-730 to arrange the details. Please note that certain items are not suitable for return e.g. personalised items, food & beverages and items such as software & clothing. Please note that goods being returned must be in the original packaging and must be unused.
What if I receive faulty or damaged goods?
Please notify us immediately on 0818-730-730 if you receive damaged goods or if there is a shortage in your order. We will attempt to replace the items by next day delivery.
Can I get a refund?
We will refund your account within 30 days of the date that you cancel, less any direct costs recovering the goods.
